A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MILLBROOK accepting a Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) award from FEMA and authorizing the Town Manager to execute the subaward agreement.
WHEREAS, the Town has been notified of a Notice of Award in the amount of $412,000 under Assistance Listing 97.039, with a required local match of 25% ($137,333);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council hereby accepts the grant, appropriates the matching funds, and authorizes the Town Manager to execute all related documents.
