Larger AI transformation work is quoted per scope after a process audit, so you always approve the number before you are committed to it.
Do you work inside our own Microsoft 365?
Yes — everything is built in your own tenant, under your accounts, permissions and data policies. Your data never moves onto our systems, and your team keeps full admin control of everything we build.
Who owns the flows and apps you build?
You do. The flows, apps and documentation live in your Microsoft 365 and are handed over to you at the end of the build. There is no lock-in: if you never speak to us again, everything keeps running.
How fast can we start?
It starts with a short call to map the process you want automated. You then get a fixed price and a start date in writing — before you commit to anything or pay anything.
Do you replace our IT?
No. We build automations and apps; your IT keeps control of your tenant, your security and your accounts. If you have no IT staff — common for the small teams and nonprofits we work with — we work directly with whoever runs your Microsoft 365 today.
